Hello Class and Parents!

Hello,This is the first entry in my new blog!  This week we have a lot of exciting things happening in the class and in the school.On Tuesday I am coaching the girls 4/5 basketball team in a home game vs Finch.  Wednesday I am coaching a home game for the boys 6/7 team vs Baldonnel 2 and on Thursday there is no basketball for the boys A team.  Also, on Wednesday, Feb. 20 we are having a Math Test on percent.  Please review the test samples given in the math worksheet booklets.  Friday is a Spelling Test for Lesson 22 WTW and words are listed here:1. aloud  2.  allowed  3.  patience  4.  patients  5.  morning  6.  mourning  7.  profit  8.  prophet  9.  vary  10.  very11.  lesson  12.  lessen  13.  censor  14.  sensor  15.  presence  16.  presents  17.  incite  18.  insight  19.  baron  20.  barren  On Friday, Feb. 22 we are also having class pictures taken.  Remember to bring envelope with $6.00 by Friday if you wish to order a copy of that picture.  Finally, our class Science Fair project is due this Friday.  Please have all final touches completed in the next couple of days so that it is ready to present on the 22nd.  On Monday, Feb. 25th, we will be involved in the school science fair and students from our class will put their projects in that event too.  Thanks to all of you who have been getting the agendas signed and who have been following up with the requirements for science fair projects.  Mr. Peterson
